Responsibilities: 1. Deliver courses in Japanese Speaking, Reading, Listening, and Writing carefully according to the established teaching plan. 2. Actively cooperate and collaborate with the institution to carry out assigned teaching and research activities, contributing to the academic development of the department. 3. Support the institution in course development, teaching training, and other professional development initiatives, aiming to improve the overall quality of education. 4. Guide and inspire students to participate in professional Japanese competitions and engage in extracurricular activities related to the field, promoting their comprehensive development.

Qualifications: 1. Native Japanese speaker with a Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with TESOL or TEFL certification and extensive relevant teaching experience are highly preferred. Additionally, those with JLPT (Japanese - Language Proficiency Test) teaching experience will be given priority. 2. Demonstrate a genuine passion for higher education, show strong dedication, have excellent teamwork skills, and be open to innovative teaching methods.
