Responsibilities: 1. Deliver courses in Japanese conversation, cross-cultural communication, basic writing, Japanese extensive reading, overview of Japan, advanced writing, Japanese economy, etc., in strict accordance with the established teaching plan. 2. Actively collaborate with the college to carry out assigned teaching and research activities, contributing to the academic development of the department. 3. Support the college in professional development initiatives such as curriculum development and teaching training to enhance the overall quality of education. 4. Guide and encourage students to participate in professional Japanese competitions and related extracurricular activities to promote their comprehensive development.

Qualifications: 1. Native Japanese speaker with a bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with TESOL/TEFL certification or extensive relevant teaching experience are preferred. Those with teaching experience in the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) will be given priority. 2. Demonstrate a genuine passion for higher education, strong dedication, excellent teamwork skills, and openness to innovative teaching methods.
