Your consultant is reminded 60, 30 and 7 days before a contract ends, 14 days before it starts, 7 days and 1 day before boarding, 3 days before payday, and when a placement has not moved for 21 days.
Our approach rests on one idea: a consultant stays in the middle of every placement, from the first request to the first weeks on the job. Instead of passing CVs and vacancies back and forth, we check how reliable the information on both sides is before proposing a match, adjust expectations on conditions such as pay, timing and visas, and step in early when a misunderstanding or disagreement appears. Because the same consultant follows the placement through to arrival, problems are caught while they are still easy to fix, and more matches end in a placement that lasts.
