A Tianjin-based recruitment agency, built around placing Chinese and foreign professionals on both sides of the hire.
Founded in Tianjin in 2017, we recruit across engineering, IT, electronics, new materials, robotics and automation, biotech, business management and foreign-language teaching. We work both sides of the hire at once, candidates looking for a post and employers who need a specific role filled, rather than treating them as two separate businesses.
For candidates, that means more than forwarding a CV: our documents team stays with the work permit, Z visa and residence permit through to the day you're actually settled. For employers, it means a shortlist of people who fit the role and are likely to stay in it.
Every conversation runs in Chinese and English, so candidates and employers can talk to each other directly.
Work permits, visas and residence permits are handled by a dedicated team who do this daily, not farmed out ad hoc.
Based in Tianjin since 2017, with a working knowledge of local employers and the government offices that issue the paperwork.
